Diet and Exercise. Yuk!
If you are like me, you will have been looking everywhere for a miracle cellulite treatment. Over the years I’ve tried all sorts of tricks to try and make my skin firmer and toned.
Unfortunatly the only way that seems to work is by implementing our 2 old frenemies – diet and exercise. This does help to get rid of cellulite – but it is hard work!
Doing a set of exercises designed to target the problem area can give great results. As long as you are motivated and willing to combine a diet rich in fruit and vegetables with sports activities, you will get extraordinary results.
When it comes to diet make sure you eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, nuts, whole grains and lean protein. Processed foods should be completely eliminated – including sodas and artificial sweeteners. You should preferably choose organic foods if possible.
Not only will this diet and exercise routine help you lose weight, you’ll also have more energy, your skin will be radiant, and EVENTUALLY your cellulite will disappear.
A secret homemade cellulite treatment
What if I was to tell you that there is an easier, quicker, more enjoyable way? Would you be interested? Thought so!
I just found out about this secret recipe and I got sooo excited that I wanted to share it with you guys right away! Hopefully it will give you some extra help for winning the battle against cellulite.
Basically it is called “the miracle juice” and it is said that it melts away cellulite. I’ve only heard good things about this naturally prepared juice and it is said that you see results in only 2 to 3 weeks.
People say that this juice gets rid of cellulite, has strong astringent properties and it is rich in antioxidants. In addition it has the ability to help cells eliminate toxins by strongly stimulating the lymphatic circulation.
The ingredients are natural and full of vitamins and minerals that the body can only benefit from, so there is nothing to loose here. 🙂
I don’t currently own a smoothie maker so I haven’t actually tried this cellulite treatment out for myself yet. I’ll be buying one soon though – I am very eager to try and combine my exercise routine with this homemade cellulite busting “miracle juice”!

You will need:
- 2 oranges
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 lemon
- 1 small hot pepper or ½ TSP of chilli powder
- a thumb size piece of fresh ginger root
- Wash the fruit and cut them into pieces.
- De-seed the peppers and finely chop them.
- Put everything in a food processor and blend well.
- Drink and enjoy.
You can even keep the juice in the refrigerator, but for no more than 24 hours.
