Even if it seems too good to be true, by simply applying this hair mask twice a week, the results will be amazing. The ingredients in this hair mask can help improve the look of your hair in so many ways.
About This Home Remedy
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that improves blood circulation in your scalp by increasing the absorption of oxygen. This is essential for maintaining your scalp healthy and increase hair growth.
Split ends can be treated and regenerated very effectively with this remedy.
Hair masks that include vitamin E are amazing if you have curly hair. It will give more elasticity to your curls and will prevent static electricity making your hair flyaway.
Vitamin A has an important role in the production of sebum. But don’t worry, because it helps produce healthy sebum which will moisturize your scalp and hair. Without adequate amounts of sebum, your hair can become dry, thin and with a high predisposition for dandruff. Not only that, but it can also weaken your hair making it prone to breakage. All these symptoms can lead to hair loss.
Therefore vitamin A removes all these risks, helping your hair get healthy and strong. This means beautiful hair.
Rapeseed oil it’s another ingredient that can not only be used for cooking but also for caring for your skin and hair. The high levels of vitamin E, A and its content of omega 3 and omega 6 prevents the scalp from drying and protects your hair from the cold wind and moisture.
Olive oil and castor oil are very well known for their positive effects on skin and hair.
How To Make The Hair Mask
You will need:
- Ampoules of vitamin A
- Ampoules of vitamin E (oil)
- Rapeseed oil
- Olive oil
- Castor oil
I first want to mention that the quantity of ingredients used will be determined by the length or the thickness of each one’s hair. The ingredients should all be in equal amounts from each other, so if you choose to use one ampoule of vitamin A, you would have to go with also one of the vitamin E.
With the oils, if you decided to use 1 tsp/tbsp of rapeseed oil, keep the same amount for the other oils too (so equal amounts of everything).
For instance for my medium length of hair I apply one ampoule from each of the vitamins and 1 tsp from every oil.
However you can increase the amount if you have longer hair, but don’t forget to keep equal quantities between your ingredients.
I suggest applying this hair mask in the evening before going to bed, especially if you plan to wash your hair the next day. After you apply the mask, put a shower cap over your hair and wash it off only in the morning.
- Mix all the ingredients in equal quantities (how I explained before) in a small bowl.
- Gently apply the mixture all over your hair and cover with a shower cap.
Leave the mask to work overnight and then rinse it off using a shampoo and conditioner in the morning.
