How To Make The Mask For Lifeless Hair
I am very pleased with this lifeless hair mask and since I have been using this, it has stopped any hair loss and it looks fuller and stronger.
I have fine hair and for me, egg yolk combined with these three wonderful oils along with the honey had truly made wonders – no more lifeless hair for me!
Castor oil is also from my personal experience, miraculous when it comes to hair care.
It is wonderful for regenerating and stimulating the growth of hair: either on your head, eyebrows or eyelashes. Used regularly it will visibly regenerate and stimulate the growth of hair.
It has grown mine even in places where I initially thought would never grow or regenerate hair ever again; in my case: the eyebrows.
Olive oil is on the other hand, widely known as being suitable for intensive hair hydration treatments, along with Argan oil which also has an ancient reputation in cosmetic treatments for both hair and skin.
You probably also know about the multitude of qualities that honey has. Honey is very beneficial for your hair, helping it regenerate while making it soft, shiny and easy to comb.
Honey will contribute in healing your hair from potential harmful environmental factors. We know honey is part of the ingredients used in many different products on the market: from facial creams, body lotions to oils, and hair masks.

- Apply this mask from the root to the tip of your hair – I always wet my hair with some water and then towel dry it until damp first
- Leave this mask on your head for 30 minutes. (For better results try leaving it for an hour – like I usually do)
- Rinse it out by washing your hair with shampoo and conditioner

I tried an egg mask from another site with just an egg honey and olive oil, and it has made my hair worse than it was originally. I normally have pretty healthy hair, but now it’s breaking like crazy and is dry and frizzy. I honestly dont know what to do with it now. What would you suggest.

Hi Sammie,
You haven’t told me in your comment what underlying issues your hair has that you were trying to fix with home made hair masks.
However here’s my opinion based on what you described.
I hope it will help you.
Egg based hair masks are recognized as being extremely beneficial for helping damaged or hair that needs regeneration and strength.
However, what you’re describing its unlikely to be due to a single home made egg mask treatment but probably due to an existing damage to your hair.
You’ve probably already noticed that after removing the egg mask from your hair it was feeling very dry and frizzy.
I would recommend after using the egg mask that you moisturize your hair well with a good quality conditioner to help your hair recover.
The egg masks will encourage your hair to grow healthy and strong from the root and prevent it from breaking in future.
To help your hair recover more quickly this is what I suggest you should do:
• have the ends of your hair trimmed at least every 6 weeks (this will remove split ends and encourage your hair to grow)
• make sure you use a conditioner after each wash to ensure its moisturized (especially if you just finished using a hair mask)
• be careful with your hair while its wet as it becomes brittle and is easily damaged
• always use a heat protection spray when you dry your hair
Good luck!

Why do you need to apply conditioner afterwards? Isn’t that what the mask itself does?

Dear Georgiana I really want to make this mask cause I really need it but there is a one problem I can’t find Argon Oil in my country I mean it’s really hard to find it.I want to ask u if I don’t use Argon Oil and only mix olive oil ,honey ,egg yolk and castor oil and apply it in my hair does it have a good result in my hair or not? I mean does it really necessary to use Argon Oil in this mask or not ?
Thank you
Georgiana Coslenco
Hello Leila,
It will be fine if you use olive oil instead. However I recommend the use of extra virgin olive oil as it is an entirely natural product..and in time will give you the desired result that the hair mask promises.
You will have to repeat this hair mask once a week or at least twice a month and in time you will see the result.
Good luck.
